So Ms. B is pulling a P.diddy on us she is changing he name to "Sasha Fierce" her alta ego that she found while recording her new double album, "I Am due in stores on November 18.

I am guessing this will work out for her because she beyonce but seriously your known as beyonce you were born a beyonce but know your bored with that name and you want your fans to call you some other crap. just wait now everybody is going to follow this stupid idea. RECAP

So here are some pics from the B.E.T Hip Hop awards that airs Thursday. High lights from the show were Cat Williams not showing up and t-pain stealing the show which I admit he did a good job. Lil Wayne announce he has a baby boy due any day hope that wasn't the cup talking. Oh yeah remember that afro puff girl well she perform as well. The game was suppose to perform but due to senseless violence was unable to show up.50 Cent show up with Lola Lov as his date don't know what happen to Ci Ci and of course wezzy took all the awards and oh yeah my husband open up the show!!!

A Movement!!!!

Well this weekend me and my home girl Monique hop on a plane to took a trip to ATL...While D.C was jumping from HU homecoming My girl Mo was doing big things in the A. We attended the 2008 awards Hip Hop award and Monique had the chance to actually work the show now that's what I called making moves. She met alot of cool people and we did alot of networking which was the main reason of going the fun parts just so happen to slip in I mean come on its the A it wouldn't have been right if we didn't stop by those highly talked about stripp clubs Jeezy keeps rapping about. Were the strippers are more like naked ballerinas.LoL Here are some pics so you can kinda visualize our weekend in the A and if you wanna no the answer yes ATL is poppin I will for sho be back soon like this Friday..LOL

Nasty Water.....

A research group have find out that some bottle water aren't has pure as we think they are.The study group tested 10 brands of bottled water and detected 38 chemicals including bacteria, caffeine, the pain reliever acetaminophen, fertilizer, solvents, plastic-making chemicals and the radioactive element strontium. Researchers say most of this comes from bottle companies using tap water for their water.. Geesh nothing is safe anymore!!!

Our favorite sweet sisters Vanessa and Angela aka daddy lil girls are going to have there own reality show called "daddy's girls" on MTV. Thier so cute and sweet plus the not out here acting a fool ....YET
